Four more songs arrived from Jenny yesterday (sheets 97 and 98) so the men have four weeks to get used to the idea of being Tony in West Side Story. Perhaps, as in the movie (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xd_foOvGvho), we can arrange for our part to be dubbed!

Well, Tonight had its first RC outing – last night. Better than I thought it would be. When I try singing it solo at home I frighten the cat but, with two hours of warm-up beforehand, it sounded vaguely like the right notes were doable even if not, actually, done.
